ERO Resources Corporation, an environmental consulting firm headquartered in Denver, is seeking an archaeologist with survey, excavation, and Colorado site form experience.

ERO’s cultural resource group is currently conducting surveys for multiple projects of various sizes in the Denver area, and is need of an archaeologist to assist with completing surveys and Colorado OAHP site documentation forms. The position would primarily require assistance with pedestrian survey and shovel testing. Other responsibilities may also include work in the office to complete OAHP site forms or assistance on larger excavation projects. Work will be available on a project to project basis and may be inconsistent.

Since all of ERO’s projects are currently local to ERO’s Denver office, no lodging or per diem is offered. The position is seasonal and hourly, with the potential for a minimum of 15 hours a week or overtime. Hourly wages will be commensurate with experience. Successful candidates will have an opportunity for continuing employment throughout the year based on ERO’s workload and the candidate’s performance.
