Archaeological Monitors needed for Pipeline Project in IA, SD, ND

Analytical Environmental Services (AES) is currently seeking experienced construction monitors for a pipeline project crossing portions of Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. The project is expected to start on or about August 1, and will likely operate in short bursts on and off through the fall.  A bachelor’s degree in anthropology, and experience in construction monitoring for archaeological resources is required. Preference will be given to those applicants with previous experience who are based in the project region. The candidate must be able to work up to 6 days per week and 10-12 hours per day in a variety of weather conditions.  Because monitoring is likely to occur in brief episodes rather than over an extended period, AES would like to pre-qualify a number of technicians who would be on call as the need arises. Personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots is mandatory, and anyone appearing on-site without the required equipment will not be allowed to work; AES will provide clear and shaded safety glasses if needed. Competitive per diem and hourly rates will be offered.  Please submit a resume with three references to This email address is being protected from spambots.
