TEMPORARY ARCHAEOLOGICAL FIELD TECHNICIANS
Logan Simpson has immediate openings for temporary Archaeological Field Technicians to conduct archaeological inventory work in Oregon, reporting to our Salt Lake City, Utah office.


The ideal candidate will have a B.A. or M.A. in Anthropology, completed archaeological field school, and possess experience conducting fieldwork in a cultural resource management setting.


Individuals must be able to survey in remote locations and walk up to 10 miles per day over steep terrain, while carrying a pack weighing up to 45 pounds. Individuals must also be capable of surveying and properly documenting sites using field notes, and be able to work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors. This fieldwork may require camping.
