R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc., a cultural resource management firm with a nationwide practice across the preservation disciplines, has two immediate openings for entry level archeologists in Hartford, CT. Candidates must possess a BA in Archaeology or Anthropology, an accredited field school and be facile with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Connecticut archaeology is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on inter-disciplinary project teams is essential.
This project-based position is full time, salaried for the duration of this project (ca. 6 months), with the possibility for conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate. Salary is competitive and commensurate with educational and professional experience.
